Servelec, the leading supplier of software systems across healthcare, social care and education, and technology products into the utilities and energy sectors announces the appointment of Neville Davis as Non-Executive Chairman to the Board of Directors.

Neville will work with Chief Executive Officer, Alan Stubbs, and the other members of the Servelec Board to develop and realise Servelec’s growth plans over the coming years.

An experienced and dynamic Chairman with over 20 years experience in private equity backed businesses, Neville brings a breadth of relevant industry experience to Servelec from technology companies, including healthtech peers such as Ascribe, which was ultimately acquired by EMIS. Neville is also currently Chairman of Peppermint Technologies, which provides SaaS solutions to the Legal sector, and Digital Barriers which supplies global surveillance and security software.
